ドールハウス作家のkotorieと、
画家moaiwaの初コラボ企画です🤗
今回の作品のコンセプトは、
アフリカ スーダンの生活風景と、
(ジュバイト村)と呼ばれるオールドタウンの
風景をドールハウスで表現しました。
表側は、ギャラリーと一般家庭✨
裏側は、オールドタウン✨
２つの違った世界観になっているので
前編、後編と分けてご紹介致します😊

スーダン🇸🇩(首都 ハルツーム)(ポートスーダン)
北東アフリカに位置しており、アフリカ大陸では、3位の国土面積です。(日本の約５倍です)
作品を制作しながら、スーダンの生活について
moaiwaから、色んな事を教わりました。
ドールハウスを通して皆さんにも、
知って頂けると嬉しいです☺️✨

①Hoosh フーシュ
こちらは、家の庭にある寛ぎスペースです。
フーシュと呼ばれるこちらの空間は、スーダンでは家族や気の知れた仲間と憩いを楽しむ場所。
ベッドが置いてあるのが主流で、この空間でお茶を楽しんだり、食事をしたり、憩いの場として使われています✨素敵な空間ですよね🥰
② Zeer ジーア
アフリカで開発された電気を使わない、
冷蔵庫。
このポットの性能は、気化冷却を上手に使い、
中に入れた野菜や飲料を冷やします。
構造は、ポット内が二重になっていて
外側に砂が入っています。
そこに水を注ぎ、お水が蒸発する時に
熱を奪い冷やされるという原理です。
中に入れた野菜などは、約２０日間鮮度が保たれるそうですよ。とてもエコな冷蔵庫ですね☺️
Hooshにもzeerは置かれている事が多いです。
③ Kisra キスラ
スーダンでは、伝統的な主食でもあるキスラ。
薄いクレープ状に焼き上げたパンの一種です。
ソルガム粉を水と混ぜて数時間、あたたかい場所で寝かせて発酵させます。なので少し酸っぱい酸味のある味がするそうですよ☺️
シチューやサラダに添えられる事が多い。
④Asida アスィダ
こちらもソルガム粉を使っている伝統料理になります。粉をお湯と混ぜて練り上げ成形されたもの。
周りのソースは、ムラと呼ばれていてトマトベースのソースが多いそうですが、
羊肉を使ったり、いろんなムラの種類があるそうです✨
⑤ スーダン民族楽器 キサール
こちらは、スーダンの民族楽器です。
地域によっては、
Rababaと呼ばれています。
胴は、瓢箪でできていて、5本の弦が張ってあります。瓢箪って本当に万能な素材ですよね✨
デザインもすごく素敵💓色はカラフルな物もあります✨音色は、ギターに似てる気がします。
⑥Gutia グティア
スーダンには、三角屋根が美しい
茅葺き屋根の家があります。
壁は円形になっていて、
グティアと呼ばれているお家です✨
日本にも、茅葺き屋根の家がありますが、
スーダンにもあるんですよ🥰
デザインも可愛いですよね🩷
⑦ Basbosaバスブーサ
こちらのスイーツは、トルコ発祥と言われていますが、スーダンでも嗜まれているスイーツの一つです。スーダン料理は、アラブとアフリカの食文化が合わさった独自の魅力があります。
バスブーサまたは、バスタと呼ぶ地域もあります。粗挽きのセモリナ粉を使い焼いたスポンジケーキに甘いシロップを染み込ませ、
アーモンドや胡桃をのせたケーキです✨
ミルクティーとの相性も良いそうですよ😊☕️

This is the first collaboration project between dollhouse artist kotorie and painter moawia!
The concept of this work is to express the daily life of Sudan, Africa, and the scenery of the old town called (Jubait Village) in a dollhouse.
The front side is a gallery and an ordinary home✨
The back side is the old town✨
There are two different world views, so I will introduce them in two parts😊
In the first part, the works of painter moawia are exhibited🙂

Sudan🇸🇩 (capital: Khartoum) (Port Sudan)
Located in northeast Africa, it is the third largest country in the African continent by land area. (About five times the size of Japan)
While creating the work, I learned a lot from moaiwa about life in Sudan.
I hope you can learn a little bit about it through the dollhouse☺️✨
①Hoosh
This is a relaxing space in the garden of a house.
In Sudan, this space, called a hoosh, is a place to relax with family and close friends.
It is common for beds to be placed in this space, and it is used as a place to enjoy tea, meals, and relaxation✨It is a wonderful space, isn't it🥰
②Zeer
A refrigerator that does not use electricity, developed in Africa.
This pot's performance is to use evaporative cooling to cool the vegetables and drinks placed inside.
The pot has a double structure and sand is placed on the outside.
When water is poured into it, the water evaporates, taking away the heat and cooling it.
The vegetables placed inside are said to stay fresh for about 20 days. It's a very eco-friendly refrigerator☺️
Zeer is often placed in Hoosh as well.
③ Kisra
Kisra is a traditional staple food in Sudan.
It is a type of bread baked into a thin crepe shape.
Sorghum flour is mixed with water and left to ferment in a warm place for several hours. It has a slightly sour taste☺️
It is often served with stews and salads.
④Asida
This is also a traditional dish that uses sorghum flour. The flour is mixed with hot water and kneaded into a shape.
The sauce around it is called mellah and is often tomato-based, but there are also various types of mellah, such as those that use lamb✨
⑤ Sudanese folk instrument: Rababa
This is a Sudanese folk instrument.
The body is made of gourd and has five strings. Gourds are really versatile materials, aren't they? ✨
The design is also very nice 💓
There are also colorful ones ✨
I think the sound is similar to a guitar.

⑥Gutia
In Sudan, there are houses with beautiful triangular roofs and thatched roofs.
The walls are circular, and they are called gutia ✨
There are thatched roof houses in Japan, but they also have them in Sudan 🥰
The design is also cute 🩷
⑦ Basbosa
This sweet is said to have originated in Turkey, but it is one of the sweets that is also enjoyed in Sudan. Sudanese cuisine has a unique charm that combines Arab and African food cultures.
In some areas, it is called basbosa or basta. This cake is made with coarsely ground semolina flour, soaked in sweet syrup, and topped with almonds and walnuts.
It goes well with milk tea.
